Industrial enterprises producing more than 90 units per day, e.g. windows or doors, have two major goals: increasing the degree of automation and reaching the required daily capacity, every day.

The systems in use mostly combine flow-coating and spraying in one cycle and reduce all manual works to a minimum by means of intelligent conveying techniques. These are, for example, automatic traverse inclination, lifting tables or grinding areas. The handling of parts is reduced to hanging up and taking down the parts.

All other works, and to some extent also the manual ones, are carried out on the suspended part.The scope of the required automation is always defined by the customer. Automatic coating systems mostly use continuous flow-coating systems and spraying systems or intelligent lines of paint robots.
