The finishing of a workpiece within the scope of the top coating is especially challenging for a manufacturer of wood windows. On the basisof our long-time knowledge of surface coating, we support our customers to design complete painting cycles. A top coating cycle may consist of a manual spraying station with or without recovery of paint or, alternatively, automatic boothes or fully automatic coating systems. In most cases, an evaporation zone with humidification device and circulating air drier is added.

Our example layout shows a painting cycle consisting of a manual spraying station with automatic turning device for the workpiece. In addition, the cycle provides for a dripping zone and a pass-through drier. The suspended parts a conveyed by means of a power + free conveyor.
