We consult you on and design for you individual cycles for the priming and intermediate coating of wooden window frames or single parts in suspended or lying position, integrating our renowned Range + Heine flow-coat systems (flowcomat) and suitable conveying systems as well as our drying technique. The flow-coat systems often combine the different alternatives flowcomat-P, flowcomat-M and flowcomat-A, which may be arranged in parallel on a transfer carriage.

In the exemplary application, the flow-coat cycle consists of a flow-coat system flowcomat-M (piggable paint supply), an evaporation zone with humidification as well as a circulating air drier. The suspended parts are conveyed by a power and free conveyor.
