The professional manual spraying station |
A manual spraying station is used for the manual coating of parts (e.g. wooden window frames) with water-based paints. In Range + Heine spraying stations, fresh air is supplied via a special ceiling; exhaust air is sucked off by dry separators and matching filter systems. Manual spraying stations are often combined with devised for a mechanical turning of the workpieces. This way, both sides of the workpiece are manually coated in an efficient way. In order to facilitate the coating of larger parts, a hoist (pneumatic or electric) may be used in addition to the station.
