Circulating Air Driers
Range + Heine offers drying solutions for both hanging or lying parts coated with water-based paints on the basis of circulating air technolgy. This method is characterized by a controlled movement of air around the workpiece. This way, the drying of individual paint layers on the workpiece is accelerated.
Throughput driers for hanging components
The process:
The hanging parts run through a drying tunnel whose temperature is controlled by ventilation. The air distribution system with adjustable openings for air supply and exhaust air together with the axial fans installed to the ceiling generate air streams which evenly hit the entire surface of the parts. The temperature control system monitors the drying process and determines the optimal drying time, which guarantees a premium surface quality. Generally, the air is heated up by a hot water heating system (80°/60°). The drier is operated by circulating air at a rate of approx. 80%. This way, considerable energy savings are possible, especially in winter.
